Hello my Villages of Riverwood Neighbors!

As a resident in the Villages of Riverwood, I have a mission to make sure our houses keep appreciating.  The beauty of being a real estate agent is that I’m uniquely equipped to help my neighbors make this happen.  As people sell homes in our neighborhood, it affects how other agents will draw comparisons to price a newly listed home.  So if we want to keep those values going up, we all need to make sure we are not leaving money on the table at closing.

This brings me to my mission.  I’m setting out to keep you all informed of the market conditions in our specific neighborhood.  I’ll bring you updates on various community happenings, low cost and easy ways to increase buyers’ perception of value in your home, and tips on things you can do before you decide to sell.  Along with that, I’ll be sending out the latest sold properties in the neighborhood along with all their stats so you can compare it to your home.  You’ll also be getting information on how much that house appreciated and over what time so you know what to expect.

While I’m at it, I’ll be releasing the latest and greatest on Magnolia Farms.  For those that haven’t noticed, Beazer is developing another community right next to ours.  This community is going to have all brick homes and is currently planned for 289 homes.  It’s sitting on that 90 acre lot just north of us.  As more information comes it, I’ll be updating here, so keep a look out!
