When it comes time to buy your new home, it’s important to make sure that you are paying not only the best price, but that the home is actually what it was marketed to be. While the home buying process can be complicated, there’s no need to do it on your own. I have resources to make this process easier, use my abilities and experience to your advantage. Let’s buy a home!
In the information age, it’s easy to get a sense of what’s out there. Where the issue lies in the accuracy and availability of free information. There’s a reason so many sites run for free. They get paid by advertisers, they are selling information, and they are using publicly submitted or available data. On the flip side, there’s a reason real estate agents don’t run for free. We are not selling your information, we get paid by you to find your home (not an advertiser to entice you into their interests), and we have access to data and information you do not.
Buying a home is exciting, and can be frustrating. The beauty of having a pro on your side is that they can sort the facts while you sort the feelings. I can help you make a sound financial decision, while you dream of the life you will have in your new home. Most importantly though, my expertise and skill will get you what you want, while sticking to your budget. So let’s get out there and find a home!
As a side note, keep in mind that window shopping on websites is NOT a bad idea. There are plenty of tools out there like Zillow or Redfin to help you narrow down your wants and needs. And if you do end up finding the dream home on one of these sites, you can always reach out to a pro to make sure you don’t leave money on the table at closing. (heck, I may even know about listings that are better for you that haven’t made it to those sites yet)
